'Aylesham South'

The Aylesham South Vision Document was produced by Axis Land Partnerships Ltd, acting as land promoters on behalf of the landowner, the Trustees of the Lord Fitzwalter 1988 Settlement, referred to in the document as ‘the Trust’.

Following its release, Aylesham Parish Council have met with representatives from Axis Land Partnerships to discuss the contents of the document. We are maintaining open communication with Axis to ensure transparency throughout the process and have engaged a planning consultant, Alison Eardley, to support us in advocating for the best outcomes for the community from the proposed development.

Our goal is to ensure that the needs of Aylesham’s residents are prioritised in the planning and implementation phases.

All file notes from any meetings will be uploaded here to maintain full transparency.
